Robert was fantastic and made the course very enjoyable. Although my face did not reflect this, the lessons were engaging and fun, with the way Robert structures his lessons and teaching explicitly expressing his wealth of knowledge regarding accounting. He ensured to listen to all of our many concerns and problems to ensure we were all understanding the topics and work set. In his lessons, he encouraged coordination of others to solve problems and led students to the answer rather than telling them outright.

I really liked Rob. He made a subject which I think was quite challenging (at least coming from a chemistry background) very approachable and entertaining. He explained all of the content in the course well. When there were topics that were particularly difficult, his positive and lighthearted approach to the subject made everything them easier to engage with.

Robert was a great tutor and I felt comfortable asking any questions necessary. He made sure the class stayed engaged and included everyone when questioning the classroom. Robert also made sure that we all felt comfortable in moving on to the next topic and he would make sure we fully understood before moving on. Robert also answered some queries I had via email outside of office hours which I felt was extremely helpful

Rob is an exceptional tutor who made the subject that can often feel dry, engaging and enjoyable. His high energy, humour, and knack for cracking jokes kept the class lively and fun throughout. From day one, he made a personal connection by learning all our names incredibly quickly. Apart from that, he had an impressive ability to remember the questions each person asked and would often refer back to them when the topic was revisited, creating a sense of continuity and personalised learning. Rob's ability to gauge our understanding and tailor his responses to our level is also a true hallmark of a great educator. Overall, he turned a challenging course into an exciting learning experience.
